By enrolling in the CAPM® Exam Prep or Project Workshop offered by PM Mindset (“Company”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
CAPM® Exam Prep includes training sessions, PM Mindset workbooks, access to a third-party exam simulator, and additional learning documentation.
Project Workshop includes training sessions, PM Mindset workbooks, templates, and supporting documentation.
All materials are intended for educational purposes only and may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent from PM Mindset.
All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program.
Enrollment in the CAPM® Exam Prep and Project Workshop programs is non-refundable.
If a Participant cannot attend, materials may still be provided, but no refunds or partial refunds will be issued.
PM Mindset provides access to certain third-party resources (e.g., exam simulators). Access is subject to the terms and availability of those third-party providers.
PM Mindset is not responsible for any changes, limitations, or technical issues that may arise from third-party platforms.
Success in the CAPM® Exam Prep or Project Workshop depends on the Participant’s own commitment, effort, and study habits.
PM Mindset does not guarantee that a Participant will pass the CAPM® Exam, regardless of program completion.
Participants are responsible for meeting all PMI® requirements for exam eligibility and scheduling.
All PM Mindset training materials, including but not limited to workbooks, templates, and documentation, remain the intellectual property of PM Mindset.
Participants receive a license for personal, non-commercial use only.
PM Mindset shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the programs, use of third-party tools, or exam outcomes.
By registering for the CAPM® Exam Prep or Project Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- 8.1 We make no warranty or representation that the Website will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of our Service or Services.

We give no warranty that the Website or Facilities will be free of defects and / or faults and we do not provide any kind of refund for outages. 10.2 We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.

- 15.1 All notices / communications shall be given to Us either by post to Our Premises (see address above) or by email to PM Mindset. Such notice will be deemed received 3 days after posting if sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
- 15.2 We may from time to time, if you opt to receive it, send you information about Our products and/or services. If you do not wish to receive such information, please click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in any email which you receive from Us.
These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and PM Mindset shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and PM Mindset and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of United States.
